Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements

Disney Cruise Line requires all Shipboard & Island Crew Members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to vaccine eligibility and availability. While Disney Cruise Line is actively working with local health authorities to provide vaccines to Crew, due to various factors, including availability and transport requirements, Crew will not have the option to
choose which vaccine they receive.

Crew Members who decline vaccination when the vaccine is made available to them will be separated from DCL, except those with a qualifying medical contraindication or objection based on a sincerely-held religious belief.

The COVID-19 booster shot is also required for all Shipboard & Island Crew Members, subject to eligibility. Crew Members are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 while at home before starting a contract, if possible.
